Kenneth Mata is a Project Architect and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience spanning architecture, urban design, and planning in the United States and internationally. His work encompasses institutional and educational facilities, high-end residential architecture and interiors, commercial and hospitality projects, mixed-use development, master planning, waterfront and maritime environments, and transportation facilities. Throughout his career, Kenneth has led projects from conceptual design through construction documentation and construction administration, with particular expertise in design development, technical detailing, code and life-safety integration, consultant coordination, and multidisciplinary project delivery. His experience ranges from complex institutional and community-based projects in the United States to highly detailed residences in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills and large-scale urban, waterfront, and infrastructure developments in Dubai and other international settings. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida International University, a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota, and a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University. His work is grounded in the integration of design excellence, technical rigor, and a broader understanding of architecture’s relationship to the city, public realm, and the communities it serves.
