Elyse earned a dual Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Architectural Studies (summa cum laude) from the College of the Holy Cross. While a Sustainability Assistant there she advanced the college’s 2040 carbon neutrality goals, managed sustainability interns, and championed awareness campaigns for local food systems. She is interested in exploring the relationship between the built and natural environments, while drawing on urban history to drive informed decisions. Her passions in the field align with adaptive reuse, community development, historic preservation and climate resilience. Elyse will be pursuing her Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Michigan this Fall.
