Urban Planner & Designer

Elyse earned a dual master’s degree from the University of Michigan in Urban and Regional Planning and Urban Design, and a dual Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Architectural Studies from the College of the Holy Cross. While at Michigan, she served as Co-President for both the Urban Planning and Urban Design Student Associations, sat on the board for the Agora Journal of Urban Planning and Design, and worked as a Graduate Student Instructor for an undergraduate architecture course. Elyse works across scales and is particularly interested in the activation of underutilized sites, urban history, and placemaking, with a focus on the relationship between our built and natural environments.
