The Challenge
Existing zoning regulations place tight dimensional restrictions on a new educational building within a dense residential neighborhood.
OUR RESPONSE
The development center orients active workshops south, defining a new central courtyard that forms a campus setting with the non-profit’s existing buildings.
The Results
Design development is underway in tandem with user focus group and community meetings.
